Hi Guys,

We've got a great big room in really nice apartment. It’s on Szwedzka street, 10 min walking form Wawel and 20 min walking from Rynek. Apartment is 89 m2 has 3 rooms and living room combined with kitchen. We’re fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, internet etc. It's very stylish but modern.

Now about the room – it’s the biggest one, 15m2 with balcony and tv set.

Price – rent is 800 zl + utilities 126zl (security, internet, cable TV, electricity). Biggest plus is that we don’t pay extra for heating since it is central.
